Julia Kaluta

Julia Kaluta is an associate attorney focusing on employment law matters at Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A. Her work focuses on employment-related issues, such as discrimination and retaliation based on race, sex, disability, or other protected classes, Wage and Hour claims, and FMLA disputes. She is licensed in New York, North Carolina, and the Eastern District of NC.

After receiving her undergraduate degree from New York University with a double major in English and History, Ms. Kaluta completed a master’s degree in Human Rights at University College London. Afterwards, she attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. During her time at UNC, Ms. Kaluta served as Editor-in-Chief of the NC Journal of International Law, Treasurer for the National Lawyers Guild, and research assistant to two professors. Before working at Kornbluth Ginsberg, she clerked for the Honorable Allegra Collins at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Outside of the office, Ms. Kaluta enjoys spending time with animals, including her own cat, Pinky. Her other hobbies include sketching, community gardening, and traveling. She is fluent in Polish.
