Hiring Catherine Pavur to guide me through my divorce was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have made. Catherine guided me though every part of the divorce process with compassion, accuracy, legal expertise, and with an added benefit of being a wonderful person to work with. Her knowledge and... experience made the beginning stages of working through the complexity of detailing, separating, and documenting assets a doable process. At each stage where appearances in court were required her guidance turned those appearances from a dreaded unknown to a reasonably comfortable experience. Her experience and knowledge proved invaluable when I had to go through a deposition where she worked with me and advised me on possible pitfalls that, without her, I most likely would have fallen ignorantly into. In the final stage where the court ordered a mediation process where Catherine watched out carefully and fought for my benefit I must thank her for her advice on every offer and counter offer. For it worked out that in the end, with her suggestions and analysis that I was able to pursue the path that I desired and believe I was meant to follow with very little debt and able to retain sufficient assets needed to pursue that course.
