Syrena Nicolle Williams

Ms. Williams is a NC Certified Superior Court Mediator and Family Financial Mediator. She is sensitive to cultural, religious and personal differences that are sometimes difficult for a court to resolve in what appears to be a fair resolution for the parties. She is creative in pushing both parties to resolve all issues outside of court in family, business and other civil matters.

Attorney Williams provides consultations and representation for clients regarding divorces, adoptions, child custody, child support and equitable distribution matters. Clients are encouraged to resolve any and all matters outside of court, as this typically ends with better results for the client that a judge may not order after a hearing. This method is also cost effective for parties. However, when this is not possible, zealous representation in the courtroom is provided.

Preparation of simple wills, healthcare power of attorneys and power of attorneys are provided for client's to assist with their estate planning. Complex issues are referred to colleagues who have obtained specialization in the estate planning section.
