NEGLIGENT Legal Aid Attorney

Looking for his random call for 3wks. He finally called first time and barely missed me. Said he'd call back on Friday and didn't. He called the following Monday, thus, missed me by seconds, left a message saying he was closing my file. Never left an extension number so I had no way of contacting him.... Considering the fact that I looked for a random call for over 3wks, missed it only twice since he didn't call on the day stated, it's not fair that he closed my file. Time was not on my side and I'd waited a whole month.
