There are so many things to think about when you are starting a new business. I was so lucky to have Marissa to help me navigate the legal side of everything. Once my business was established with the state and federal government, she helped me review contracts I had with current clients as well as g...enerated new agreements I could use when being in freelancers to help me on bigger projects. She made sure that all my personal assests were separated and protected from my business. That was something I had not given any thought to. Whenever I have a question, she is quick to answer.
