US Citizen wife of a Philippine missionary had tried for years to obtain any form of visa to enter the US (visitor, fiancee, religious) with his wife. But for reasons unknown to both individuals, these ... requests were unsuccessful. Attorney John Molina prepared and submitted a family petition on behalf of the US Citizen wife. Mr. Molina further discovered the issues needed to be addressed in order to apply for and obtain the visa the beneficiary needed to enter the US with his wife.
