Bryan T. Simpson

Bryan has tried a variety of cases and currently focuses his practice on litigation related to business and commercial law, real estate professional liability, commercial trucking and transportation liability, complex construction defect claims, products liability, and general tort liability. In addition to representing clients in cases in all of the State and Federal civil courts in North Carolina, his practice includes representation of clients before administrative agencies and professional licensing agencies including the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.

Bryan graduated from North Carolina State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1993. Upon graduation Bryan was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers, a nationally recognized courtroom advocacy society.

In 2009, Bryan was selected for membership in the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He was formerly Co-Chair of the Construction Law Committee of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and Wake County Bar Association. In 2008, Bryan was named one of the Top Lawyers in Trial/Litigation by Triangle Business Leader, in 2012 he was named a Top Rated Construction Lawyer by The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel and in 2013 and 2014 he was listed in Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Defense. Bryan has also earned the highest ranking (AV-Rated) awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.

He is admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of North Carolina and is licensed to appear in all Federal District Courts in North Carolina.
