Biography
I am the managing partner of a North Carolina civil litigation law firm. Our firm represents businesses in various contract disputes as well as individual plaintiffs in personal injury, unfair debt collection (FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA), and unpad wages and overtime lawsuits.
I started my firm after moving from Washington D.C. in 2009, where I had practiced since I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.
I live in Wake Forest with my wife Diane and children Emma and Luke.
