Holly E.R. Hammer

I had just moved to Raleigh from California when I met Holly at a party. She had lived in California too so we started talking about our life there. I had just sold my business in Southern California. (I wish I knew her while I was negotiating the terms of the sales contract). In addition to not r...eceiving payments, I was concerned about a non-compete clause that I had signed with the sale of my business. I was an expert in my field and well-known from my business so I was hesitate about continuing my life-long profession. Holly devised a step-by-step plan of action. She was very knowledgeable about business, contracts, and employment law both in NC and CA. Her creative strategy, attention to detail, experience, and assertiveness put me on the right path. She recommended a California firm that she had worked with to continue my case. I have been equally impressed with them. Holly continues to provide reassurance and support whenever I need it. I was referred to Holly by a friend who had used her and had nothing but good things to say about her. Subsequently, both my husband and I worked with Holly to review our contracts for new jobs in the Life Sciences Industry. Holly was clearly knowledgeable and able to guide us as well with contract... negotiations in terms of protecting ourselves and identifying what was a 'nice to have' vs a 'need to have' in the contracts. She thoroughly reviewed the contracts in a timely manner, and spent the time with us to walk us through the contracts as well as suggested changes in lay person terms.
