My practice includes a broad range of complex civil cases including trucking and transportation, catastrophic injury litigation, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance defense. A trial lawyer, I worked for a number of years as a senior prosecutor in Virginia, handling trials involving murder, white collar crime, and other serious criminal offenses. My civil practice encompasses all phases of litigation, including trial and motion practice, discovery, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. I have tried cases to verdict in North Carolina and Virginia state courts.
I am also a member of Glencove Farm Barbecue, an award-winning BBQ team with NC and VA roots that specializes in Eastern NC style BBQ.
