I found this attorney through a solicitation in the mail after a speeding ticket. He was fast, pleasant and responded quickly to my communications with him. He was very thorough in explaining what I should expect and did exactly that. My ticket was reduced and there was no headache on my part (except... that I got the ticket/expense in the first place). I would definitely use him again if I ever needed to.

I hired Mr. Percy to represent me to resolve a speeding for 16 over in 55 zone. Called him less than a week before my scheduled court date, he said he would be able to represent me on short notice. He asked a series of questions, based upon the response he then stated what he believed he could do, ...have the speeding ticket reduced to an Improper Equipment. All further communications were handled via email. He represented me in court and did exactly as he said. Reducing the ticket to a non-moving violation that resulted in no DMV points and no insurance points. Mr. Percy communicates well and provides the follow-up as asked. I would hire him again.
