He went to court a couple of times on my case. He stayed in touch with me in regards to every step in the process. I hired Mr. Percy to represent me to resolve a speeding for 16 over in 55 zone. Called him less than a week before my scheduled court date, he said he would be able to represent me on short notice. He asked a series of questions, based upon the response he then stated what he believed he could do, ...have the speeding ticket reduced to an Improper Equipment. All further communications were handled via email. He represented me in court and did exactly as he said. Reducing the ticket to a non-moving violation that resulted in no DMV points and no insurance points. Mr. Percy communicates well and provides the follow-up as asked. I would hire him again.

After receiving a speeding citation I received a mailbox FULL of solicitation from lawyers. At first I thought "oh man here we go", but after opening a couple I realized that I truly didn't want to have any points on my license nor did I want my Insurance to go up. So I reviewed the different letters... and was able to narrow my choices down to Lawyers that actually had some figures showing about how much the cost would be for representation. From there I sent emails to each of those Lawyers requesting more info about their service and a more specific breakdown of fees. Mr. Percy was not only the first to respond (within 30 min of me sending my email), but he was also the most detailed in his response and genuinely acted like he wanted my business. We never meet in person, but through our email conversations he made me feel at east that he was going to represent me to the best of his ability and he ALWAYS responded quickly when I had a follow up question.
