Mr. Percy has represented me in a 15 over speeding violation. My first ever, so I was really upset and had no idea what to do! I hired Mr. Percy to represent me to resolve a speeding for 16 over in 55 zone. Called him less than a week before my scheduled court date, he said he would be able to represent me on short notice.
