Biography
Rachael received degrees in English and Political Science from North Carolina State University and her J.D. from Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, she clerked with the Honorable John M. Tyson of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She ventured to Washington, DC after law school to assist clients with discovery and litigation preparation in defense of government investigations. Since returning to Raleigh, Rachael focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, primarily working in the area of employment law in both state and federal courts.
