He also currently serves on the executive committee of the North Carolina Council of School Attorneys and is a former member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Council.
Mr. Malone has published the following articles on education law topics: Amendments to Laws Governing Public Construction Projects, 8 Education Law Newsletter No. 1, at 9 (N.C. Bar Assn, December 1995); Counselor’s Corner – Posters in the Workplace, VOICE (NCSBA, Spring 1992); Federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, VOICE (NCSBA 1990).
Mr. Malone is a public school board lawyer.
