Character

I am a family member whom just got knowledge of my love one being incarcerated. I contacted Leza due to an issue with jail credit. I didn't really understand exactly what she was saying and at the same time she did not understand me because she didn’t have the documents in front of her so I ask may I... schedule a meeting she agreed. I even told her that I would compensate for her time because the case was almost 20months old, but she did not. Well the day of the meeting she was an hr late due to court. I completely understood so I waited. Soon as we sat down she was extremely irritated because I ask how can we get him the jail credit?? Instantly she said I tried to tell you over the phone how that went I have been asked that question numerous times today. WOW So still I kelp my cool she then treats me as a child pulls out a piece of paper draws a diagram of the situation as if she couldn't explain it clearly enough. OK well still I kelp my cool then she look at the documents I have and say ask me all the questions because after today I'm not going back to this. So I only had 2 more. I ask if a file # doesn't match up with what is on another document could that create an issue? (I'm not an official to know) In these documents there was a letter that my love one wrote in regards to his case so of coarse her name was mention & she did not like the fact that he didn't speak to good of her work. I still maintain politeness with her. After reading that she thru the stack of papers at me and said you can get out now cause if he don't like me then hire somebody else.I had somebody else to pick up my kids just for this. I'm doing you a favor. Again WOW. I could have paid you Leza. It was not problem. Considering you are an attorney at law I'm sure you will run into situations that are old grumpy and nasty such as the manner you conducted yourself in. You carried yourself in a foul manner. People who are locked up have nothing but time on there hands to think many of ways. People will say negative things about you, but still you are considered a professional so why not act that way. I was stun that Leza had the balls enough to throw those papers at me, tell me to get out like I was being a negative person at any given time. The more shocking is that I didn't throw something back at her then go across the hall an hire attorney for sending her to Wake Med. Never in my life.
