I contacted Ms. Vavonese about a month ago to handle a traffic violation as well as a seatbelt ticket. I did not see any need to follow up with her every month about my court date - that is why I gave the ticket to her - so I wouldn't have to stress about it! I just received an email from her that ...BOTH my tickets were dismissed! I was so glad she used email rather than the postal service -- who uses the snail mail any more anyway! Although I hope to not get any more tickets, if I do, I will call Ms. Vavonese to handle it.

I have asked Jamie to handle several speeding tickets for me and none of the tickets were handled to my satisfaction I had failure to appears since she did not show up for the court dates as well as failure to pay when I recently looked at my driving record I almost lost it to see she didn't do anyth...iny she was supposed to!

I hired this lawyer to handle a simple traffic ticket and paid in advance for fees, fines & court costs. The Agreement of Representation states that I would receive a letter and documentation of the outcome. I never received a letter. 1 month after my court date I received a letter from or state DOT ...that my license was being suspended for not responding to the citation. After several contacts with this lawyer and the clerk of court, I finally learned from the Clerk of Court that the ticket was finally resolved 6 weeks late. I advise anyone to avoid this lawyer with even the simplest matters.
