I have a real love for what I do.  Labor and employment law issues are challenging and are almost always time senstive.  Because they are, I have a self imposed rule that I always return clients calls as quickly as possible and on the same day.  The thing that keeps me excited about the practice is that the facts are different in almost every case and helping clients arrive at the best solution to their problem is very satisfying.  I am by nature fairly agressive and I really like to win.  So I always think in terms of finding positive solutions to problems so everyone walks away with some feeling of satisfaction.  Of course, I realize that you can't win everytime but I believe having a positive attitude about it is a much better approach to dealing with problems.  What about fun.  I really enjoy reading a good book, being at the beach, playing golf with friends, and having a quite dinner with my lovely wife.  I work out 3-4 times a week at the gym and this helps keep me in shape and relieves most of my stress.  My kids keep my life interesting with all of their going and coming.
