Student at NCSU was accused of sexual misconduct violations under the student conduct code. As with all Title IX cases, there was an investigation done by OIED, the result of which were provided to th ... e Office of Student Conduct. Ultimately charges were filed for violations of the code of conduct for sexual misconduct. Possible sanctions included suspension and expulsion. We conducted an extensive investigation and represented the student at the Title IX hearing. We challenged the schools interpretation of the code and how the facts in this case fell within the parameters of the code. The student was found NOT RESPONSIBLE of all charges.
