I've practiced law in eastern North Carolina for more than 25 years. My practice focuses on helping eastern NC businesses and individuals with bankruptcy, business, and personal injury matters.
I am an Adjunct Professor at the Campbell University School of Law, and Director of the Stubbs Bankruptcy Clinic.
I have a particular focus on helping eastern North Carolina Farmers facing legal issues including bankruptcy, crop insurance claims, and vendor disputes. I am a member of the American Agricultural Law Association.
My commitment to serving eastern North Carolina extends far beyond my law practice. I am an active member of the Selma Smithfield Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Johnston Health Foundation, the philanthropic supporter of Johnston-UNC Healthcare.
