Paris Sherrill Branch-Ramadan

I hired Paris to handle my divorce/custody. She was late to our first consultation appointment which should have been a red flag. She drafted the necessary paperwork and then did not show up for our first court date. I had to walk from the courthouse to her office for her receptionist to say she was ...out. She showed up to the second court date and did not have the necessary papers needed. A friend of ours, who is an attorney, happened to be in the court room that day and help her gather the necessary paperwork so that we could finalize the divorce. Nothing I asked for was contested. It should have been a simple process, but working with Ms. Branch-Ramadan made it very difficult. She did not return calls or emails. I felt left on my own.

I hired Paris Ramadan in January 2013 and my matter is still going on because Mrs. Ramadan. Because of her not letting me know I had a coming up court date and her not showing in court to represent me there was a warrant for my arrest. It took her two weeks to settle that for me. She does not return ...phone calls when asked to after countless number of voice messages. I'm also not the only one that has complaints about her. I spoke with professionals who said she is rude and doesn't know anything about the law like she say she does. When she did return my phone calls she is very rude and she rush me off the phone every time. Mrs. Ramadan has the most excuses of why she can't take care of your case after promising that she would handle it. Most of the time her assistant is the one that answers the phone and when I would leave a message with her most of the time she would not deliver any of my messages. I have a court date next month after she continued it and her assistant called me to tell me that Paris will not be back until after my court date so i have no one to represent me after i paid her over $400. She will take your money, continue your case, not show in court, and use the most excuses. I advise that no one hire to represent you or will be in trouble.
