Mr. Bartholomew should never be retained for any kind of legal service, including "free" consultations.
In a child custody case, he did not even know that he was supposed to be in court the very day of court. No continuance was ever requested, and a very flippant, inappropriate text was sent to opposing council regarding how funny it was that he missed court, but he was going on paternity leave so he ...
