Shanelle Katherine Edmonds

Shanelle Edmonds represents clients in a wide range of business matters including business entity formation, internal and external policy and procedure implementations, contract drafting and advising for various business owners, big and small. She also has a background in family law, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate law. The experience she has in these various areas of law help her provide a unique and tailored experience to her business clients.

As a graduate from a North Carolina Historically Black University, Shanelle has worked effortlessly to promote and educate those in her community about the importance of joining the legal profession. She assisted in planning the HBCU pre-law summit held at her alma mater, North Carolina A&T State University, and sat on various panels for the pre-professional scholar’s program and the HBCU pre-law summit advocating for more students of HBCU’s to get into the legal profession. Uplifting and building her community is of the utmost importance to Shanelle, so in working with clients, she brings this passion and commitment to resolving their legal needs.

During her time in law school, Shanelle traveled with the North Carolina Bar Association to Port Au Prince Haiti to work with the Port Au Prince, Guadeloupe, and Paris Bar Associations in business and financial development within Haiti. While she always envisioned working with the business owner, this opportunity expanded her love of businesses and the impact they have on a society. Shanelle believes in taking the time to learn and understand her clients and their businesses to provide detailed legal advice that enables them to be confident in the decisions they make.
