Charles R. Gurley

He is the man you want to fight for you in trial. He is a shark. He took my multiple felony charges and got them dismissed. I spoke to other lawyers who could only promise me a plea and their fee was out the roof for that. I went and spoke to him and he told me what was wrong with their case right of...f the gate. I have hired him several times over the years. There is no one else I'd trust to look out for me.

I have retained Mr Gurley twice. Once when I was teenage and them a few years ago. The first time he did a great job on a speeding ticket. The second time I hired him on driving with revoked lincense. I went to court he had me plea guiltythen appealed it. I went to my court dates many times but he ha...d trials and I was sent home onany occasions. I always. Called his office with updated phone numbers and a new address. Also I call his office at least ever other month asking about my court date.I was told they would contact me. Well last night I was arrested on a failure to appear for that ticket. I had even spoke to him after my court date and was told I didn't have one yet.So. I had to pay a bondsman $750. Which he had already been paid years ago to represent me. On top of that the officer, magistrate, and a few jailor all told me this happens all the time with his clients.Please Mr. Gurley get it together for yourself and the people you represent. One last thing I knew his dad Bob Gurley. He was a terrific and honorable man. Bob Gurley is missed dearly by so many. Charles you have your dad's greatness running through your veins. You have the potential to be just as great.

Mr. Gurley has a very shady background within the county. With me, he took payment to handle several state cases. When those cases were dismissed by the State, nothing of his doing, he refused to refund any money. $2000 for two emails. I am in the wrong profession! There has been numerous complaints ...by county and court officials on Mr. Gurley's personal and ethical habits that I would advise you to investigate before retaining him for anything more severe than a speeding ticket.
