Ignored my case

Me and my step sister hired Daniel Flebotte to fight a will made by strangers while my step father was on his death bed. The strangers had most everything given to the them. For over a year after the $10,000 deposit Daniel flebotte still didn't have an answer as to what he was going to do. We would c...all and he would not return phone calls. He ignored us. It could take months of calls to ever get a return call and then he would always leave us in limbo if he was going to do anything. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Custody issues are a no go for this lawyer

I contacted Dan about modifying my custody. He was very confident the night before, but when court came the next morning he was panicked and was hoping for a settlement before going in front of the judge. He advised that there were things missing from the proposal and that he would be sure they were ...included in the final draft and even misrepresented certain issues. When we asked to have them changed he stated that this was the best we could get. I wanted to go before judge as it could not get any worse and he forbid it, even stating that he would have me committed. He stated that he would help us figure things out after the court date, but does not reply. He is not father friendly in these issues. I would not recommend him at all.

Dealing with a Licensure Board

Mr Flebotte was found chosen for me by a lawyer plan that I was involved with, so therefore I did not know him when the issue arose that needed to be dealt with. He has and is very professional, courteous, kind and caring , individual as a lawyer and a friend. He kept me informed as to what was going... on with the board and was open to any ad all suggestions that I had. The issues were discussed and a plan was developed and there was not much deviation from that plan. This was 5 plus years ago when I met him and stared working with him. There has been a cost for this of course but he was willing to work first and then get paid. His costs were reasonable and fair for the amount of effort that he has put into my case. I would recommend him to any one that cares to ask me about him. He cares about his clients and their cases. He has always responded to any and all e-mails and voice mails that he either got or received. Their are jokes out there that all lawyers are the same this one is not the same he is human and he cares. He goes the extra miles to make sure that the case is going to fall in my favor. He makes no movement without first discussing it with me and what both positive and negative outcomes are. Sometimes the outcome was not what I wanted but if this happened he went the extra mile to ensure that I was aware of what was going to happen. He did research for a different lawyer in a different state to resolve an issue and then made his recommendations on which lawyer should or could be used. All other attorneys would have stated the issue and told me to find an attorney in that state but not this man. He has become a reference for me because he knows my case and can genuinely care for me as a person, client and fellow professional. He follows through with what he says he is going to do. He made me feel that this was his only case which I knew was not true but in this day and age of numbers I was not one, even when he was with a giant firm which is where this case stared at. He has his own private practice which definitely allows for the personal touch. If you have an issues that he is able to resolve please give him a call first and he will give you a straight answer on what the outcome could be and if he feels that he can not give you 110% of his expertise he will give you the suggestion as to where to go to get the best representation. He is not in it for the money but for the reward for doing law as it should be done. I never felt alone during my case or even now. If there is an issue that deals with the case now he will take/make the time to answer the issue or tell me how to resolve it or what needs to be done to resolve it. During the time of this case I was never made to feel as if I was a burden or imposition to him. His fees are reasonable and if full payment could not be made all at once then a scheduled was worked out and as long as the schedule was met then there was never an issue about things being done. As I said before he is fair, considerate and a human that cares, which is very rare in this fast paced get it done quickly era that we live in. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a lawyer or call and discuss your case and if he can not get a positive result then he will tell you which course of action is the most reasonable or who to contact. He is very knowable of issues and people in his field. I consider him a friend and a person that cares to get you the best result possible out of the situation that you find yourself in.

Thank you Dan

Dan brought his experience and insightful guidance to bear on my case. He helped me move through a real estate dispute that involved a renter who was going to purchase my property but did not. He helped me fully assess the damage and all the expense of the time the property was empty and needed to be... put back on the market. His particular strengths were strategy, encouragement, patience and then forceful follow through when the time came.
