I design special needs trusts, including those created by family members for a loved one with a disability and those established for a beneficiary with a disability who is inheriting assets, as well as administration of these trusts.

I help families plan for the transition to adulthood when a child with a disability turns 18, including guardianship and supported decision-making, along with guidance on available non-Medicaid public benefits.

I help families understand how Medicaid and SSI rules impact a loved one with a disability. My practice focuses on special needs trusts and ABLE accounts to preserve benefits while allowing family resources to enhance quality of life.
