She is a great lawyer who helped my family with the long process of obtaining the greencard. Despite the difficulty, she was organized and always tried to help our needs. I worked with Emanuela Prister with my lengthy immigration process. I had GREAT experience, working with her. I never paid a dime for any of her consultation, even at the time when I was with different lawer. I can recall several instances, where I was on phone with her for almost an hour. She always... answered my calls or called me back at her earliest convenience. Every time I panic when the process did not go smoothly, she would calm me down and I always felt better after I talked to her. Emanuela made mistake with my dob and my wife's Alien # on our work permit documents. When it was brought to her attention, she didn't want to take any responsibility. Instead, she made us pay for the documents again. My wife had to stay home(loa-non pay) because of her mistake. Apparently, she had m...ade a similar mistake with one of our friends also. I would not recommend her.
