Very rude and condescending
I went to a free consultation and unfortunately she was not kind at all. I was looking to know my options after being charged with a DWI and after telling me that I had "no hope" at a dismissal, rather than saying that it's not the end of the world or that at least no one got hurt as a result, she to...

Replied last October 04, 2017Sometimes it is difficult to hear that the facts and the law are not on your side. Often a dismissal is not a possibility and a plea of guilty is the best outcome. I will always be honest and candid even if what I say isn't what you want to hear. I also won't make empty promises that I know cannot become a reality just to make you feel better or to secure representation. However, I am sorry that you did not feel that your needs were being met.
