Claudia Minoiu

Claudia Minoiu is an immigration attorney located in Durham, North Carolina.  She is a graduate of Duke Law School (J.D., 2017) and the School of International and Public Affairs of Columbia University in the City of New York (MIA, 2006).  Claudia has been involved with the immigrant experience throughout her entire life.  For most of her life, Claudia lived, studied, and worked in Western Europe and the United States, forging life-long international friendships along the way.  Her biggest excitement comes from knowing that in almost every country in the world, Claudia has a friend, and therefore a home.  Being an immigrant to the United States herself, Claudia is able to empathize with her clients' immigration situation.  She treats each case with utmost importance, pays attention to every single detail, and finds creative yet lawful ways to get complex cases approved.  Claudia's background in project management and passion for information technology helps her stay organized and follow a methodical approach to work, ensuring that each case gets 100% of her attention and that nothing falls through the cracks.
