Alice did a wonderful job in helping my wife get to the US so that we can finally be together. She didn't sugar coat anything, she was honest in all of her answers to our questions, and she did everything that she could to make sure that my wife would legally make it to the US. She is very knowledgea...ble. She didn't lie and say she would be here at this date; she gave an honest window of when she might arrive. Even though our application was still being processed when COVID-19 hit, she was still able to get my wife over here as quickly as possible.
