Not even sure where she got our names, then could only contact her through her assistant. A ten minute meeting resulted in the production of documents (updated will documents that only reflected changes in NC law) without any discussion of fees, resulted bill for $495.00 for services. This was fol...lowed by a "negotiated" fee for services. All good, no then there is a follow up note that says when you come to sign the documents it will cost you another one hour which will result in a fee more than the initial charge.
