I represent and advise business owners in a variety of legal matters, including contracts, raising capital, financing, formation and structure of business entities, employment law, disputes with business partners, and other issues faced daily by entrepeneurs and management.

I have extensive experience in forming LLCs, drafting the legal documents that govern their operations, and dealing with problems faced by LLCs and their owners (including disputes between LLC members). I have created LLCs for all types of businesses, especially real estate ventures and start-up companies seeking capital.

I advise and represent doctors, dentists, and other health care professionals on the business aspects of their practices.

I work with owners and developers of real estate to protect their interests and maximize returns. My real estate practice includes creation of real estate ownership and investment vehicles and syndication of real estate investment opportunities.
