R. Jimmy Brittain Jr. is a dedicated and resourceful pre-litigation attorney at Crumley Roberts, where he helps prepare injury claimant cases for the courtroom. A graduate of Campbell University School of Law, Jimmy's career plans took a turn in law school when his father was involved in a serious car accident. Shortly after, Jimmy experienced the hallmarks of an embattled injury claim: resistance from the insurance provider and an active effort to diminish his father's credibility as he pursued coverage for his injury. It was then Jimmy realized how critical it was to ensure accident victims had a capable legal counselor by their side as they faced this process.
