Robert L. McClellan is a partner of Ivey, McClellan, Gatton & Talcott, LLP and has practiced law in Greensboro for over 35 years. Mr. McClellan handles all types of criminal matters, ranging from traffic citations to District Court cases, and all the way up to death penalty cases and drug trials in State and Federal Court. Mr. McClellan has been involved in hundreds of trials at the District and Superior court levels in State Court, and has received favorable outcomes before the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. Mr. McClellan has also been involved in Petitions for Certiorari before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. McClellan is a Board Certified Specialist in North Carolina State and Federal courts, and is a member of the Middle District of North Carolina CJA Advisory Panel.
