Paul Mengert

We had hire him for a simple assualt charge I had received before moving out of state. He represented me for both court dates and helped get it dismissed. In the meantime while moving out of state, I was having problems trying to get mine and my son's items from my boyfriends house and he was helping... us resolve that and our legal rights with this matter as well. He has with being on the ball with communication to his clients and he personally communicates with them, unlike other lawyers who have their assistant do it for them. If we have any other matter that arise I will definitely consider rehire. Also his prices are reasonable, especially for his expertise, communication and willingness to help you, and will explain to you in normal terms!

Mr. Paul Mengert is a man I will forever be thankful for, he went above & beyond for me, not only in court, but also in spirit. In the begining it was looking like my daughter and I (we had been separated for 13 years & 8 months... not our choice) would have to go through a process of reunification, ...which would take 2-3 months. When we heard that we both broke down. Mr. Mengert saw our emotions & felt our pain and went to the Supreme court and did some research. Court came into session, as my daughter and I sat hand in hand, tears streaming down our faces in fear of what was to come next. Neither of us wanted another second to pass away from each other. When the proceedings were over i turned around to look at my daughters beautiful face and saw the anticipation of the verdict heavily weighing on her. I mouthed "I LOVE YOU" to her, and she mouthed it back. I wasn't really sure what his answer was until Mr. Mengert placed his hand on my left shoulder and smiled. It was then that I knew that my baby girl was coming home... I got up to return to my seat and as I walked away the court room was full of emotions & tears for my daughter and i. Every person was affected by our victory and we have Mr. Mengert to thank for that. We will never forget you! Sending love & prayers from a mom & daughter who can never thank you enough!

This guy is one of the MOST unprofessional Attorneys I have EVER come across in my entire life! And trust me that's saying a lot. First he showed up late. Then when he met with me he opened with " So what's going on?" Wait, What? Aren't You representing me,,, shouldn't You know what's going on!? Th...en he left. As in , disappeared. Elvis has left the building. Fast forward TWO hours I am still sitting in the back of the court room , along with his two other clients. The Judge now sends baliffs around the building to look for him. He is nowhere to be found. I figure why not give his office a try. Lo ' & Be hold he is at his office. Answers my call " Dude what's goin on" REALLY ?!?! Well " dude lemme TELL you what's going on,,,,I'm fixing to file a grievance with the Bar association. That's what's goin on. Since when does a Lawyer LEAVE his client/s at court with NO REPRESENTATION and/or explaination & go back to the office??! Dude So folks DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. COURT APPOINTED OR NOT. YOU ARE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF THAN HAVING THIS CLOWN !!
