I gave him one star and that's stretching it. This loser most have received his license from a correspondence course. Just like others have mentioned he had nothing else to do with me after he got his money. That's the way most Crackhead lawyers are. I wish I would have done my research on this... guy. He showed up an hour late for court and then starts asking the witness questions in front of the judge, pissing her off, She threw the book at me because of this A-hole. Then he didn't handle my paperwork properly afterwards and I cannot get a job because of it still two years later. I called his overpriced office ten times with no response.

After the money rolled in M. Cummings basically stopped responding. He lost crucial piece of evidence, showed up for court on wrong date and mailed documents to wrong address on numerous occasions.
