Larry I. Moore III

Larry Moore has represented clients in aviation cases since 1980, including wrongful death, personal injury [including brain injury], and product liability claims, contract and warranty claims. He has experience in general aviation accidents and commercial airline accidents. Aviation clients have included manufacturers of aircraft, engines, propellers, and other aircraft component parts, pilots, FBOs, airports, aircraft owners and lessors, insurers, adjusters, and injured parties.

Larry is admitted to practice in all of the North Carolina trial and appellate courts, in all three U.S. District Courts in North Carolina, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and for the Sixth Circuit, and in the U.S. Supreme Court. He is experienced in construction disputes, commercial disputes, product liability cases, insurance disputes, and personal injury claims.

Mr. Moore has extensive experience representing clients who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, including clients who had complicated pre-existing conditions such as schizophrenia. Larry was a co-founder and the first president of the HealthServe Ministry medical charity. He is knowledgeable in the science, symptoms, and rehabilitation of brain injuries.
