Rett Saslow’s law practice is primarily bankruptcy law, business law, transactional matters, creditors’ rights, collections, and commercial real estate. Rett advises clients on business issues and corporate law; assists clients in acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing transactions; and represents clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Rett attended public schools in Greensboro, and Davidson College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation from law school in 1976, he joined Hill Evans Jordan & Beatty’s predecessor firm and has remained as a member of the firm through the present time. Presently, he acts as one of the firm’s Managing Members.
Rett is a Board Certified Specialist in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law, North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, as conferred on November 22, 1996 and recertified thereafter. He is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
