Biography
After teaching for three years and working for the State Department of Education for four years, I graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a JD degree in Law. I have been practicing for 35 years in Civil Litigation, Small Business Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Traffic and Criminal Law, Wrongful Death Actions, Personal Injruy and Auto Accident Law and Basically the General Practice of Law. My primary clients are small business owners and I do significant litigation for these small business owners. I am also a Certified Superior Court Mediator and I am expanding mediation of Superior Court Cases.
