We had a problem where a reidsville car dealer went out of business without paying his floor plan company for the vehicles. We did not have our title and I didn't know how we could at that point. The dealer was bonded... but not enough to cover all the customers he left with a vehicle that they had ...paid for but no title, Many had no tags. Not knowing where to turn, Wayne's firm was recommended to us by a friend, and Wayne met with the DMV and the NC District Attorney's office. The DA called to inform me that they instructed the dmv to release my title and I received that. Wayne believed I needed an advocate and did not even charge me for his time. I can't say how much we appreciate him and his efforts!!!
