I want to protect others from a big mistake

I really used to like him. Heck I've known him for 16 years. I was a young wife to a marine and he passed away leaving some of his life insurance policy to our son. Our son was only 2 at the time. I was 19 and went to Mr Boles for guidance. He did the paper work and did what I thought he was supposed... to. He used to have a sweet and caring staff at one time. Leanne was a awesome paralegal he had. She was on top of everything. A few years later she said she had to move. So new staff came in. They were alright but wouldn't return calls or put down their clients new addresses if they moved. Well as time goes by, my son never got better. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and kliensfelters syndrome when he was at birth. His symptoms were appearing to get worse. Their were things that my son needed for medical purposes and it was very complicated with mr boles. I was always told it couldn't be approved. I finally got some medical bills approved but it was worse than pulling teeth. Well years go by. And they would always call me the last minute to come in. If something was due on the 14th, they would call me on the 13th and demand me to come in. I was sometimes in a position where I couldn't get up and come in to their demands all the time. Heck I lived in Texas for a year and had to call several times to mail me documents. Later I found that he really didn't do what he was supposed to do. Forsyth county got taxes off of my son that they were not supposed to get. Well fast forward, my son is an adult now. He is still disabled and always has been social security determined this years ago. Well Mr boles said that everything must stay the same. That I need clerk approval. So I'm like so my attorney, state, and Feds get my sons money and that my son could never benefit? Really? His staff never returns my calls and they ignore me. They dress unprofessional and are down right rude. Mr boles is never there. I showed up several times because they never return my calls. When I show up they say sorry he's not in and is taking sick time. Or he's having surgery. One secretary actually was talking about my sons affairs when it should had been done with mr boles. Anyways so much more to my story than this. Like I said I knew him for 16 years. And I just found out by someone else who I hired that he has cancer. So I wish him well. I'm so upset over many things he has done that it would take an eternity to write. But he never disclosed anything that could alter or impede his judgment concerning my son. Please go somewhere else. Always check reviews and use your gut. Good luck to you.
