I work with my clients to achieve the best possible outcome in their cases. I can work with the district attorney's office to resolve matters outside of the courtroom. However, I fight for my clients' interests and do not hesitate to take their cases to trial when necessary.

I investigate the circumstances of each charge and the driving history of each client to determine how to mitigate or eliminate any potential damage to my clients' insurance costs or driving privileges. I negotiate with the district attorney's office to produce the best results for my clients, but I will take a case to trial when there are disputed facts or deficiencies in the government's case.

I help keep cases from being transferred to adult criminal court and keep charges off of my clients' permanent record so they do not enter adulthood with a criminal history. I work with my young clients and their families to determine probation terms that are the least restrictive, but I do not hesitate to take their cases to trial when necessary.

I closely examine cases for constitutional violations by the police and other triable issues, and I fight to keep this offense off my clients' records. I help my clients keep their driving privileges and mitigate the impact of a guilty plea when a trial is not an option.
