The best Lawyer

I would have had to go to jail for a crime I didn't commit. He went in to court with me and said that I was going to be fine. He was the best lawyer it is a shame he got his licence suspended.

A prime example of dishonest attorney.

Took my malpractice case, and required a 10,000 retainer. He found professional witness which I paid for, but failed to file the suit until the last day of the 3 year requirement. He failed to file the suit properly, and was not able to correct due to his failure to file 9 months earlier when he had ...the necessary medical opinion needed. He lied to me, and told me he was filing suit 1 month before the deadline. He stopped communication after informing me the suit was being filed, I attempted to make contact with him, but he would not answer calls, or emails. He finally called me, (6 months later) and asked me to come to his office, he informed me that he had requested dismissal without prejudice 3 months earlier. He did this without my knowledge or consent, and further informed me that he could no longer represent me, for personal reasons. After securing another attorney, she found out his reasons. Todd had been caught stealing from another client, and had surrendered his license. The worst part was finding out that his failure to properly handle my case, resulted in a final dismissal of my case, and he had no malpractice insurance in force. I am totally disable due to my injuries caused by hospital in Reidsville NC. I must be truly unlucky to choose a hospital and attorney who treats people this way, my advise is to avoid them both.
