He was hired to represent my daughter in child custody. He nor his office staff (para legal) followed up or responded to repeat requests. Blatantly lied about conversations that never happened. Went to court and he made a deal with the opposing attorney without discussing it or having permission. He ...sent one billing statement in a 2 year period and there was no accounting whatsoever of his charges. He was paid up front in full but did nothing but go to court 1 time. Horrible attorney and is no advocate for women as he claims to be on Facebook and magazine articles and TV commercials. The para legal is a liar and very unprofessional.

Jim Zisa represented me in a divorce case and only had my case for 4 months. We never went to court and settled before. He charged me over 30,000 and never gave me a bill, but instead took it out of my settlement without asking me. I think he is a crook & tries to take advantage of women that have a ...little money he can get his hands on...beware of this attorney!

This attorney is immediately on your case in the appearance to be really concerned with your case, but in the end charged me 3 times more than any other attorney for doing nothing but filing a bunch of paperwork. He came to court not ready to try my case. There are several unethical practices that I... experienced from this attorney as well. I would not recommend him to anyone for any type of case.

I used Mr. Zisa recently to resolve a difficult divorce case. He was my third lawyer and he succeeded where the first two failed. He immediately understood the issues in my case and made more progress in the first 3 months of the case than in 18 months with my other lawyers. He is calm and reassu...ring. Not only did I get everything I wanted out of my case, I stopped losing sleep worrying about what my former lawyers were doing while spending my money. Once, right before my child custody trial (that he won) I called him crying at 10:30 on a Saturday night, and he though nothing of talking with me until I felt more relaxed. He never even charged me for the call. I hope I never need another lawyer, but if I do I'll hire Jim at any price.
