William Henry Mcelwee IV

Attorney Will McElwee is a "Double Deac" having attended Wake Forest University for both undergraduate and law school. He began his legal career at the McElwee Firm in North Wilkesboro, NC, which was first established in 1932. McElwee Firm is notable in the region as being the original corporate counsel for Lowe's Companies and Holly Farms. Will's grandfather, William H. McElwee, Jr., was a former president of the North Carolina Bar and sat on North Carolina's Board of Law Examiners for many years. 

Will is a loving husband to his wife, Robyn, to whom he owes much credit for making this law firm the well-oiled machine that it is. He has served as an elder in the Presbyterian church, on the board of his local YMCA branch, and received his Eagle Scout as a young man. He currently enjoys road cycling, mountain biking, writing and has run numerous marathons, including Boston and Chicago.
