Assisting clients with loan document review services, foreclosure proceedings, workouts, restructuring and collection actions.
Creditor Representation in Bankruptcy Cases and Bankruptcy Litigation-
Assisting clients with the filing and defense of claims, motions for relief from stay, evaluation and negotiation of plan treatment, reclamation claims, lease issues, and bankruptcy litigation, including the evaluation and defense of preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance claims.
