My PROFESSIONAL TENANT had a Legal Aid Attorney that first delayed the case by continuance, then had the case dismissed. All of which the tenant and Section eight withheld rent for two months. I called the number on the pamphlet and hired Attorney Fonda to redo my case. He did an excellent job informing and advising me through email and phone calls. He understands and get what Landlords are up against in the Court System. As we have rights to. After sending the tenant a NOTICE OF DEFAULT letter and followed up by an ACTION FOR SUMMARY EJECTMENT NOTICE. This Professional Tenant couldn't flea the property fast enough. I've been a landlord here in Winston-Salem for nearly 35 years. Unfortunately, I've had to evict several tenants during that time.
