My experiences with this attorney were exactly the same as the 4/24/15 reviewer. It is not that I had unrealistic expectations and my expectations were unmet. Just unprepared on a regular basis, seemed to do little preparation before important meetings and in my opinion, overly relied on his par...alegal assistant who was also unprepared on a regular basis and did not follow through on important details.

I was a client of Robert Elliot. He failed to prepare for meetings, did not digest facts, came to meetings without notes and had to have facts repeated to him. He did not provide legal strategy and clearly would have lost the case. He charged high fees, but failed to provide insights into the case, w...ork on it, and come up with a winning strategy.
