Attorney Amy Allred, when I knew her, helped me with the most overpowering, arrogant, and nothing short of being a bully defense attorney Tyler B Kline. Attorney Allred, answered and returned every annoying call that my ex-husband's attorney named above infiltrated her emails and phone line with. Sh...e also was well received by then Day John McGrath in child support court. She also stood up for my children and myself as best as she knew how, and worked with me as much as she could afford being a single attorney office. I had very few funds to fight a power hungry defense attorney, but she was able to help with the basics and I actually was awarded child support and alimony and her attorney fees were ordered to be paid by my ex-husband. Which I know made Tyler B Kline feel humiliated ,due to loosing to a female. I hate I waited this long to write this for her. I hope that she is doing ok and I also know that Attorney Tyler B Kline has caused her a lot of destruction in regards to things I know about what she's gone through. I hate the NC State Board of Attorneys that think Tyler B Kline should not have been reprimanded or lost his licensed indefinitely for the hell he has caused numerous clients. Don't hire this lawyer. She should have known not to take my case or my money. She did a poor job of working on my case, very slow, late for court every time. She does a poor job of keeping you informed. I had to call the "Clerk of Court" for my county to get info. I had to call the State Bar to find... her. She moves around a lot, or she has. She will take your money and run if she wants to and leave you with no good representation or your $$$. She will also lie as to why she thinks she earned your money if you hire her. I've never seen a lawyer this bad. Do someone else a favor and file a complaint with the State Bar!

She not answer calls or messages. She took all of our money then apparently closed her practice down... you will not see your refund! Supposedly she has now moved out of the area!!! I feel sorry for her clients that depended on her to not only do a service for them but be their advocate!!! I hope th...ese poor ratings saves someone else from this woman!!!

She charged $ 4000.00 and only went to court for me one time...dropped my case a few months ago. I'm still waiting for a refund of $100.00 more or less. She is never in her office, does not respond to emails, if you leave a message you are lucky if she responds. Her secretary does more than she does.... The worst lawyer I have ever known in my life. Do not hire this person. She only takes the money and then you are lucky if she does anything. She did nothing for me for my custody hearing.
