Obtained summary judgment after obtaining admissions from the plaintiff that no part of the client's premises caused him injury and that a person who allegedly caused him injury was not controlled by the Ross & Wersching's client.

An importer of cosmetic packaging products sued a former exclusive agent for various causes of action. After a two week jury trial, the defendant was found liable for breach of contract, fraud, and bre ... ach of a fiduciary duty. In addition to receiving compensatory and punitive damages, Ross & Wersching LLP’s client also obtained a permanent injunction against the defendant and was awarded attorneys’ fees on its misappropriation of trade secrets cause of action.
